Small in-home breeder · Wellsville, Utah

Doodle puppies raised in our home, ready for yours.

We raise Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles alongside our four kids in Cache Valley. Every puppy goes through our early learning program before coming home, and we match each one to your family by temperament.

Why families choose us

More than a breeder. A head start.

We spend hours with every puppy so they come home with a real foundation, not just a cute face.

Early learning program

Puppy Culture, Early Neurological Stimulation from day 3, sound therapy and touch desensitization through all 9 weeks.

A head start on manners

Puppies start potty training at 4 weeks, go outside by 6 weeks, and learn crate time, leash basics and "sit" before they leave.

Matched by temperament

We pair puppies with families based on personality first, so the calm one goes to the therapy home and the adventurous one hits the trail.

Breeds we raise

We breed two sizes, mini and standard. Size estimates come from the parents and our past litters; we'll know a lot more by puppy selection.

What families say

"My 5 year old little boy gets nervous and anxious in many different circumstances. He has learned to talk with Poppy… before you know it he is calm. Poppy has become the dog of our dreams."

"The sound therapy in particular was something that drew us to them, and I have to say that our dog never barks at fireworks or thunderstorms."

"Our first boy Ollie was such a great addition to our family that we decided to get another one. We didn't even entertain the thought of getting one from a different breeder."

Meet the Hess family

A family that lives for dogs (and the mountains)

We live in the country outside Wellsville, overlooking the mountains of northern Utah, about an hour from Salt Lake City. Our kids help raise and socialize every litter.

When our daughter Avery was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, our Goldendoodle June knew exactly who to love and what to do. That's why we focus on raising dogs that can bring the same comfort to your family.
